A Caribbean Sanctuary with a Playful Edge

OrangeSprocket was brought on after Leeward and Nikki Beach Turks and Caicos had a failed experience with a Miami based design agency. To say the pressure was on to perform would be an understatement. Here was a company that recently invested a significant amount in rebranding and web site design but were unhappy with the results. We’re not ones to shy away from a challenge, of course the free trip to the Turks and Caicos helped too.

Leeward and Nikki Beach Turks and Caicos cater to the rich, famous and well to do. It’s safe to say they close multi-million dollar real-estate deals everyday. When you’re creating a brand experience for a company like Leeward and Nikki Beach it’s critical you speak loud and clear to the target audience.

We immersed ourselves in the Leeward and Nikki Beach culture. We learned there were many experiences to be had in this beautiful island sanctuary. We were struck by the sights and sounds, the lifestyle and beauty, the shapes and colors, the marine and wildlife. We used these elements to help define solutions in our branding and creative direction.

Our challenge was to create an overall brand experience connecting with their target audience online and offline. The new direction would integrate advertising in relevant magazines, environmental billboard designs as well as create a strong interactive experience online. By leveraging existing clients through online email campaigns, paid search and organic search optimization Leeward and Nikki Beach Turks and Caicos was able to see a significant increase in interest generated by their new presence.
