Emerald Point is a 35 acre luxury residential - resort and spa development located on the exclusive northeast point of Providenciales in Leeward, at the eastern most end of Grace Bay beach. Spanning over 2,700’ of majestic ocean frontage and white sandy beach nature’s hand created Emerald Point. The waters are a turquoise blue which words cannot describe. Emerald Point is made up of coral reefs teeming with life and beaches as wide as they are white.
